For any Interbono operation must first be registered as a customer of our Brokerage.

Simply fill and sign the Client registration form, in which you declare to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Employment at Interbono Sociedad de Corretaje, C.A.

Client Registration Forms consist Client include a Customer Identification Card, an investment profile and a Register of Authorized Signatures. These can be requested in person at our offices or by email. They can also be downloaded from the link on our website.

In case of a natural person:
- Copy of Identity Card and / or passport.
- Copy of Identity Card and / or passport of spouse.
- Copy of Bank Statement or Reference.

In case of a legal person:
- Copies of incorporation documents and Social Statutes.
- Latest amendments to Social Statutes related to the legal representatives of the company.
- Copy of Bank Statement or Reference.
- Copy of RIF.
- Copy of Identity Card and / or Passport of the company's representatives.

You must contact us by telephone and agree to the transaction with their executive. Once agreed and closed, Interbono will send you a confirmation, which you must accept and send your payment instructions, which will be executed within the agreed value date.

It is the date when the transaction is settled. For stock operations the standard is 3 working days, for swap securities it is 2 working days and for Purchase / Sale of Fixed Income Securities it is 1 day in the local market and 3 days in the international market.
